House On Market
Well, we signed our lives away last night. We went ahead and put our house on the market last night. I still have to clear out a lot of junk out of house to make our 1250 sq ft house look as big as possible, so I'm off to rent a storage shed today. Hopefully we will sell our house and find a bigger house that will accommodate us and all our junk. Pray that something will happen quickly.

FYI...from your local tax expert. If you have lived in your home for less than 2 years and you sell it for more than you paid for it, you may owe taxes on the sale of your house! Check out www.irs.gov to find out if this applies to you.
I know you haven't lived in this house for too, too long, but just don't want you guys to get stuck paying taxes on something you could avoid.
