Titanic--Branson, MO

So a few weeks ago we got to go and see the Titanic Museum in Branson.  We have been wanting to go to this museum ever since we saw them building it on our honeymoon.  It is RIGHT on the main strip (Hwy 76) in Branson.  I mean, you are driving down the road, and you see this,
who wouldn't want to go and see what its all about.  Its an AMAZING museum.  Filled with so many stories and testimonies of the passengers on board.  I LOVED how they valued each passenger.  They don't look at them as a number, they look at them as a human life, that was on board one of the most magnificent boats in history.

Here we are outside the grand Titanic.  Its HUGE.

When you walk in, everyone is given a headset and a card.  The headset is a recording that informs you throughout the tour.  It tells of everything from how the boat was constructed to the animals on board.  Its very informative and fun to listen too.  The card they hand you is a name of a passenger aboard the Titanic.  They try to find a passenger that is close to your age, so that you may relate to the passengers a little bit better.  I guess I didn't know what to expect going in, but I was BLOWN away with the amount of info, memorabilia, pictures and displays.  I loved how you walked through the tour in the same order as the whole process of the Titanic started.  It showed the men in suits and ties, drawing the blueprints for the Titanic.  It showed the construction. Had a model of the different layers of the boat.  It talked about how differently the passengers were treated, depending on their social "class".  I LOVED every part of it.  I loved that the staff was dressed up, walked around the museum and talked to us, sharing a little bit more info about the boat.
Its defiantly a place to bring kids.  Probably 4 and up would have more fun, but even Paxton (2) had a good time looking at all the displays.  They have a lot of interactive things for kiddos to do along the way.  We went on an evening that wasn't very busy, and one of the staff could tell that Paxton was getting a little antsy.  Keep in mind she is dressed like a maid or attendant on the ship, in a long dress, blouse and hat.  She went to the gift store, grabbed a kids book and came back and SAT ON THE FLOOR with my kids and told them stories of the little kids on board.  I LOVED this!
They had many interactive displays, one being a bowl of water that is the actual temperature of the water the night the Titanic sank.  We couldn't stand to have our hand in the water for more than a few seconds.  It was a neat for us as adults to see, but really neat for the kids to put it in prospective.  They have a big display that you can stand on, that goes through 4 stages of the sinking boat.  Its a replica of the ship deck and you can try to stand on them and by the time you get to the third and forth display, its impossible to stand on it, due to the grade of the deck.  I loved the pictures throughout and the fact that you can read about each passenger.  I was truly blown away by the majesty of the museum.  We want to go back and see it again.  Unless you had all day, there is no way you could get all the information that is in the museum.  There is so much to see and take in.  I am so grateful and honored that we got to go in and "relive" a very historic event.

Hey there, I think your website might be having browser compatibility
issues. When I look at your website in Chrome, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that,
